The journey begins in Kathmandu with sightseeing. We then fly to the Tibetan Capital of Lhasa, where we will spend a number of days acclimatizing. From there on to Tingri with stops in Gyantse and Shigatse.
The next few days are spent trekking to Base Camp (5100m). We visit Lanja and the Rongbuck Monastry long the way. After two days at Everest Base Camp. The return to Kathmandu is via the Zhangmu and the Friendship Bridge.
Those choosing to make the climb to Advance Base Camp (6400m) will trek to camps 2 & 3 before spending a day at Advance Base Cap. The return to Kathmandu is via the Zhangmu and the Friendship Bridge.

For the truly adventurous there will be an attempt at climbing to the North Col (7100m). A highly strenuous but non technical climb. This is the highest point on any trekking adventure. The return to Kathmandu is via the Zhangmu and the Friendship Bridge.
