The Outdoor Experience

The Outdoor Experience has, over the years, been approached by many companies from small businesses to household names. The outdoors is an excellent educational environment. No one gets bored or falls asleep. Yet all the delegates have a great time whilst learning far more than they could ever learn if they spent a similar time in a classroom looking at the same issues - no matter how good the lecturers! There is no such thing as a "standard" Outdoor Experience course, and each programme will be tailor-made for your company. You may wish to use one of the courses listed on the website as a basis for your own, or go for something completely different. Your course can be as short as a single day, or longer than a week, and can include as many of your staff as you wish. However, with smaller numbers we are able to allow each individual more time to contribute to the entire group. We find that between 12 and 36 delegates works well. Please contact us with your own requirements. Outdoor pursuits as corporate entertainment or as part of staff selection can also be arranged.
